Returns
Due to hygiene reasons and the perishable nature of our items, return options are not available.
Please be assured that we conduct stringent quality checks on our items daily to ensure that the fresh produce delivered to you is of the highest quality. Fresh produce that fails our checks will not be delivered.
Refunds
In the event that an item you ordered is in unsatisfactory condition, kindly contact us via WhatsApp at 8399 4198 or contact@baskinggreens.sg with a photo of the item on the same day of delivery. We will respond within 24 hours to proceed with the refund.
We kindly request your understanding that we do not accept any refund requests after the day of delivery.
Availability of items
We source and select the best and freshest products daily to ensure that the items delivered to you are of the highest quality. However, there may be days when certain products are unavailable or of a quality below our standard due to market conditions that we cannot foresee. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible when your item is not available and provide suggestions for similar items as substitutes, if available.
Items that are not delivered and/or substituted with a lower value item will be refunded for the price difference. A top-up will be required for substituted items of a higher value.
